❈ Beginner's Yoga Classes

New to yoga? Then our beginners class will be perfect for you to discover your yoga practice in a safe manner. Get comfortable with breathing techniques, postures and poses. This class will allow you to get comfortable with a regular yoga practice at a manageable pace. 

A full body assessment is done at your first session. This includes posture alignment, strengths, weaknesses and recommended program for future growth.

 

 Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a sequence of movements set to match your breath. Once mastered, the sequence looks like a dance. You can expect invigorating flow and insightful instruction as we flow hard at every session. The class is designed around strength, deep breathing and flexibility.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Power yoga incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence) done at a faster pace than a regular vinyasa class. 

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga combines many Yoga styles. Traditionally, Hatha includes the practise of asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing exercises), designed to connect your mind and body. It focuses on detail, posture and alignment while controlling the breath. The class is gentle, slow-paced and perfect for those who prefer a more relaxed practice.

Stretch Class

Tight muscles? Recovering from an injury? Looking to get more flexible?.... Then this class is for you!          Deep Stretch is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Living in a forward facing, seated world, these areas tend to be tight for everyone. Tight muscles can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. This class begins with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles to stretch. Holding poses for longer periods of time and focusing on breath gives the body time to fully relax and open.

Meditation

This guided meditation session teaches you to live and think mindfully. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day.                                      This class consists begins with breathing techniques and then progresses into guided mindfulness meditation.
