We recommend a 4-6 week program, each session is 90 mins which can be added to a lunch break or booked during working hours as part of a company wellness program.

The Living Mindfully Workshop is designed to help people understand the concept of mindfulness and how to incorporate this into everyday life.
The workshop teaches various techniques proven to help reduce stress,stay level-headed, motivated and positive. The workshop teaches you how to be more present in everyday life and how to respond to negative stimuli that can affect your work/personal life.

The Stress Detox
This workshop is centered around identifying what causes us stress and how to manage or eliminate it effectively to ensure a holistic lifestyle. By exploring what makes us feel stressed, we can better understand our insecurities and how this prevents us from living our best life. The workshop focuses on stress-relieving techniques that help boost our self-awareness resulting in increased happiness and wellbeing.
